Britain's Got Talent's Ant and Dec put 'at risk' on ITV show as hosts panic on stage

Ant and Dec put themselves 'at risk' of injury during Saturday's Britain's Got Talent, as the hosts were roped into play a key role in a rather daring stunt.

Just like they have been since the very first series of the ITV show back in 2007, the Geordie duo are back as hosts for the latest run and have already been at the centre of the action, as viewers saw them hit the Golden Buzzer in the very first episode, after they were blown away by a potentially dangerous audition from taekwondo group Ssaulabi. Ant and Dec were gobsmacked by what they saw, as the presenters reacted very vocally in the wings describing the group' talents as 'insane,' with Dec shouting: "Oh my god!" before he and Ant stormed the stage to press the Golden Buzzer.

While it's been confirmed that Britain's Got Talent has been 'cancelled' next Saturday, it aired in its usual slot this week, with one of the acts aiming to make it through being on a pogo stick performer Duncan Murray, who aimed to show just how good he was by attempting to transport himself over the heads of the two presenters.

Sitting in front of the stage, judge Bruno Tonioli looked very worried that things were about to go horribly wrong, as Ant and Dec looked nervous in the spotlight, with Ant letting out a frightened scream. Thankfully for them, 22-year-old Canadian hopeful Duncan pulled the stunt over comfortably, although the slow motion editing of the scene added to the drama.

The moment aired as part of Saturday's episode and was also teased on the Britain's Got Talent Instagram account hours before, along with the caption 'No hosts were harmed in the making of this' One cheeky fan replied: "It helps that Dec is a tiny tiny man" as another reacted: "omg"
