Bruno Tonioli was left in floods of tears on Sunday night, as an act dubbed 'the new Susan Boyle' by viewers at home, auditioned for Britain's Got Talent and left him declaring: "I'm a mess. This show is killing me!"

Last week, former Strictly judge Bruno Tonioli came under fire for giving singer Taryn Charles his Golden Buzzer, who, while gave a stunning rendition of Natural Woman in her BGT audition, has already been a contestants on ITV show Starstruck, as well as being a backing singer for music icons like Candi Staton.

It was Amanda Holden, not Bruno, who was at the centre of some controversy as Britain's Got Talent continued its latest series, a day later than expected, this weekend when she hit the Golden Buzzer for impressionist Nabe, despite already hitting it back in episode one for singer Sydnie Christmas.

After Amanda's 'rule break' the final audition of Sunday's episode came courtesy of blind singer Denise and her husband Stefan, who is also registered blind. Before beginning her performance, Denise revealed to the panel she'd been battling breast cancer, before explaining that she'd now been given the all clear.

With emotions already running high in the auditorium thanks to Denise's story, she then moved Bruno to tears, as she delivered an incredibly moving and pitch perfect rendition of Climb Ev'ry Mountain from The Sound of Music. As the camera fell on Bruno he was seen looking very emotional, with him then telling Denise: "I'm actually inspired by you, I've learnt something today about your positive state of mind and the ability to have a sense of humour about yourself."

He added: "You are an example. I am inspired by you," as Denise and Stefan also got glowing feedback from the rest of the judges and, most importantly, got four Yeses from the panel.
