British Gas has moved to offer customers free £210 vouchers. The British Gas vouchers offer energy-saving technology together with coupons worth up to £210 as the Cost of Living crisis continues up and down the country.

British Gas is offering £60 or £30 payouts under the little-known scheme - on top of a £150 gift card is available to members who upgrade to a new A-rated energy-efficient boiler. But to benefit from the rewards, customers must have a Blue Light Card.

The Blue Light Card scheme gives discounts online and in-store to Blue Light Card members. It's a great way of saying thank you to the people who are always there for us. Blue Light Card is available to people who work in the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and armed forces.

You can choose to purchase a card when registering for your online account. Or, apply in the 'My Card' section once you have logged in. The scheme lists NHS - ID Required: ID card or Payslip - as eligible, as well as police, ambulance, HM Prison Service and fire workers. NHS dental staff, HM Armed Forces and MoD Civil Servants are also listed alongside MoD Fire Service and MoD Police.

Highway Traffic Officers, Home Office - Border Force and Home Office - Immigration Enforcement are also listed alongside Home Office - Passport Office, Home Office - UK Visas and Immigration and Social Care - Care Company Workforce.

Social Care - Social Worker and Social Care - Care Home are also on the list as are Social Care - Residential Care and Social Care - Council (Working in Care Sector). The scheme also lists Social Care - Foster Carers, Pharmacy Workers and Social Care Personal Assistants alongside Optometry and Armed Forces Veterans.
