British teenager David Bond missing in Krakow, say Polish police

A British teenager has gone missing in Krakow, according to Polish police.

They said Francis Bond was a "citizen of Great Britain" and was last seen on 18 February, at about 4.30pm, when he left a property on Radzikowski Street without telling family members where he was going.

It is understood he was staying with relatives in the southern Polish city, a popular tourist destination.

"The 18-year-old has not returned home or made contact with his relatives to date," said Malopolska Police. "He does not communicate in Polish."

Bond is described as of medium build, 5ft 11in tall and with very short hair.

He was wearing blue jeans, brown boots, a green jacket, and was probably carrying a black backpack.
