Brits 2017 uncensored – All the Celeb gossip from the after parties

Once the cameras stop rolling that’s when all the uncensored fun begins at the the BRIT Awards star-studded after parties.

The free-flowing booze always helps turns this musical affair into one of the wildest nights on the UK music industry’s calendar.

Here are a few of our favourite celeb moments at this year’s array of shindigs.

1. Katy Perry joins Nick Grimshaw and Ellie Goulding in the DJ Booth [GETTY]

It was only right Katy Perry was in the mood to celebrate after putting on a show-stopping performance at the Brit Awards on Wednesday night.

The American singer, 32, continued her Brit celebrations at the Universal Music after party which was held at 180 Strand in London. The party, which was hosted by Soho house and Barcardi Rum, got into full swing as Katy teamed up with BBC Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw behind the DJ booth to select some party stomper.

Sadiq Khan attended the Universal Music BRITs After party with his wife Saadiya Khan. He was every inch the cool politician as he mingled with the likes of Katy Perry at the Universal BRITs after party.

The Mayor of London gave Katy’s controversial Brit Awards performance the thumps up despite it poking fun at President Donald Trump and Prime Minister, Theresa May. He told Yahoo Celeb!: “I just met Katy now and she said that she’s a big fan of my work. So I have no problem with it.”

3. Ed Sheeran proves chivalry isn’t dead [FLYNET]

Ed Sheeran has proven himself to be a prince charming after leaving a BRITs after-party barefoot so his girlfriend could wear his trainers.

The Shape of You hit maker kicked off his comfy shoes after his girlfriend Cherry Seaborn broke her heels following a night of dancing the night away at the Cîroc Warner after-party. Now that’s what we call love!

4. Dancing queens Emeli Sande parties with Nicole Scherzinger [YAHOO! CELEB]

Emeli Sandé celebrated winning Best British Female Solo artist by dancing the night away at the Universal music Brits after party.

The 29-year-old songstress revealed she had no intentions of succumbing to a post-Brit hangover as she danced the alcohol out of her system. She said: “My best hangover cure is dancing”.
Joining in on Emeli’s dancing celebration was X-Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger. The duo teamed up to make a a sassy pair of dancing queens!

5. Stormzy parties up a storm despite losing out on Best British Breakthrough Act

This year BRITs awards wasn’t a big night for Grime as hoped with the likes of Skepta, Kano and Stormzy being snubbed for an award.

Speaking to Yahoo! Celeb at the Warner Music & Ciroc Brit Awards afterparty 2017 at Freemason’s Hall, Stormzy told us he doesn’t consider himself a sore loser. He said: “I don’t give a sh** about not winning.” [REX FEATURES]

6. James Arthur – Mum’s the word! romance is not up for discussion [GETTY]

James Arthur attended both the Sony music and Universal music Brits After Party . The 28-year-old singer remained tight-lipped on his relationship status and revealed he won’t be going public with his love again after having a string of failed romances.

He said: “Romance and girls I don’t talk about anymore, it’s off limits. I just want to keep it private.”

7. Caroline Flack parties TOO hard at the Warner Music After party! [REX FEATURES]

As Caroline Flack arrived at the Warner Music after party she told Yahoo! Celeb she wouldn’t be drinking as she is teetotal. The Love Island presenter said: “I don’t have a Brits hangover cure because I don’t drink.”
But Hmmmmmm Caroline was later seen looked a little bleary-eyed as she left the bash with a leopard print coat draped across her shoulders. She was spotted being helped to a taxi by a sturdy security guard who walked alongside her.

8. Jedward – You’re not on the list guys! [REX FEATURES]

It was double trouble for Jedward after they were left ‘absolutely gutted’ as they were turned away from Warner BRITs after-party. The 25-year-old identical twins, who recently came second in Celebrity Big Brother, were seen pleading with the doorman to let them in.

The night took a turn for the better when the boys managed to blag their way into Universal Music Party and ended up partying alongside Ellie Goulding, Nicole Scherzinger and Katy Perry. Nice work lads!

9. Amber Le Bon turns heads wearing Emilio DeLa Morena

Amber Le Bon upped the style stakes wearing a sheer black dress by Emilio DeLa Morena and the heels by Jimmy Choo. Speaking about her fashion choices the 27-year-old DJ said she embraces all of her fashion choices including her faux pas’.

She said: “I think I’ve made every single fashion faux-pas but I love them because style is not about what other people think about what I’m wearing. It’s about how you feel in what you’re wearing. People look at me and think ‘oh my god I wouldn’t put that with that’ but do you know what I loved it at the time and I’m really happy with that.”

10. The Celebrity BRITs hangovers!
