Brooke Shields Goes Fiery Red in Hervé Léger Dress, Cheryl Hines Blooms in Florals and More From the ‘Mother of the Bride’ Screening

Stars of the new Netflix film “Mother of the Bride” attended a special screening of the romantic comedy in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Led by Brooke Shields, the film also features Cheryl Hines, Miranda Cosgrove and Chad Michael Murray, who were also on-hand for the event.

Brooke Shields

Brooke Shields wore a fiery red look courtesy of Hervé Léger. The body-con midi dress is featured in the French label’s spring 2024 collection. Shields’ dress also included a square neckline in a gradated bandage design. The dress is finished with cross-back detailing and pronounced top stitching. The Hervé Léger dress also used recycled yarns to help reduce waste.

Cheryl Hines

Cheryl Hines embraced springtime florals in this shirtdress by Dolce & Gabbana. The look featured a floral striped border print and self-tie belted waist, along with a pointed collar and button front. The short-sleeve dress included a fit-and-flare silhouette with a hemline that fell just below Hines’ knee.

Miranda Cosgrove

“Mother of the Bride” star Miranda Cosgrove opted for a pop of pink in this Acler draped minidress. The sleeveless look featured a square neckline, scoop back and tank straps. The actress paired the look with sparkling pink pumps.

Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada fashioned this dress by Cinq à Sept for her “Mother of the Bride” screening look. The vivid yellow sleeveless dress featured a twisted cutout bodice with rippled ruching. The floaty layered ruffles brought a dash of romance to the screening of the new romantic comedy.

Chad Michael Murray

Chad Michael Murray kept his look classic for the “Mother of the Bride” screening on Wednesday. He wore a gray suit with a white shirt and black shoes to complete his look.

“Mother of the Bride” follows Lana (Shields), whose daughter Emma (Cosgrove) comes home from London to announce she’s getting married in one month. Circumstances become more complicated when Lana learns the man Emma is marrying is the son of the man who broke Lana’s heart years ago. The film hits Netflix Thursday.
