A Suffolk labels manufacturer has snapped up a London firm as its owner retires.

Bury St Edmunds-based Denny Bros Group has acquired PR Products - helping it to expand its printing and labelling portfolio.

The South London-based specialist label producer has a strong reputation for producing high quality labels quickly and efficiently and also provides a print management service.

It has now become the eighth company within Denny Bros Group. Denny Bros was founded by the Denny family and can trace its history back to 1500s, and later, a tan yard at Combs. Denny Bros Ltd was founded in 1945 by brothers Douglas and Russell Denny.

Denny Bros managing director Graham Denny said: “We are delighted to add PR Products to our portfolio of businesses.

“We have worked closely with them for many years, both within Denny Bros and our sister company Willowbridge Labels, and we know what a professional and first class service they have provided.

“We look forward to working with existing and new customers to enhance this service even more.

“The Denny Bros Group is always on the lookout for suitable opportunities from companies with shared values.”

Denny Bros were advised by Ipswich-based Birketts Solicitors.

PR Products was established in 1997. Its founding owner Peter Deering is retiring and plans to spend time touring Europe on his Triumph motorcycle.
