Calgary Resident Sets Up Christmas Lights to Bring Cheer During Lockdown

As residents of Calgary, Canada, practiced social distancing to slow the spread of the coronavirus, one woman put up her Christmas lights on March 18 to bring some cheer to her neighbors.

The trend of putting up Christmas lights amid the coronavirus-related lockdown could also be seen in US cities, such as Pittsburgh.

Health officials across Canada urged residents to stay at home as much as possible to try to contain the virus’s spread.
