'Call My Agent!' UK reboot 'Ten Percent' releases first star-studded trailer and air date

Hit French sitcom Call My Agent! is getting a British remake called Ten Percent, with the first star-studded trailer and an air date released today.

Prime Video is launching the new comedy set in a London talent agency that was inspired by Paris show Dix Pour Cent, known in the UK as Call My Agent!.

The series from Twenty Twelve and W1A creator John Morton is set to begin streaming on the Amazon service from Thursday, 28 April and a first-look trailer has been unveiled - revealing a host of A-listers making cameos.

Like the French original, Ten Percent will be known for signing up some huge guests stars and a taster of who to look out for is featured in the trailer.

Helena Bonham Carter, David Oyelowo, Dominic West, Himesh Patel, Kelly Macdonald and Clemence Poesy all star in scenes from the trailer as clients of London talent agency Nightingale Hart.

The comedy sees a staff including Jack Davenport, Lydia Leonard, Maggie Steed, Prasanna Puwanarajah, Hiftu Quasem, Rebecca Humphries and Harry Trevaldwyn struggle to balance their famous clients' conflicting demands while trying to stop them from leaving for another agency.

Sneak-peek scenes show clients trying to cover up affairs, bag roles over rivals and get one over on even their closest loved ones with the help of their discreet agents.

But despite their best efforts to keep everyone happy, Nightingale Hart is in financial trouble - meaning expert staff from a US office are drafted in to sort things out and ruffle feathers.

Other cast includes Tim McInnnerny, Natasha Little, Edward Bluemel, Eleonore Arnaud and Jim Broadbent.

There will also be cameo appearances from Olivia Williams, Jessica Oyelowo, Emma Corrin and David Harewood.

Emmy-winning French series Call My Agent! debuted in 2015 and is about to head into its fifth season, with the first four available to stream on Netflix.

Ten Percent begins streaming on Prime Video on 28 April.
