Parts of Cambridgeshire will be as warm as Barcelona with sunny days forecast for the start of the week. Temperatures across the county will reach the high teens and low twenties on Monday (May 20) and Tuesday (May 21).

Temperatures in Barcelona are set to hit the same range over the next few days. After Tuesday, BBC Weather forecasts show that there will be showers across Cambridgeshire with temperatures slightly lower.

Cambridge

Monday, May 20: Low cloud will continue into the morning. It will then dissipate in the afternoon, revealing plenty of sunshine. It will be a largely dry day. Breezy northeasterly winds. Highs of 19C.

Tuesday, May 21: Tuesday will see a mixture of variable cloud and sunny spells. A chance of the odd shower in places. Highs of 20C.

Peterborough

Monday, May 20: Low cloud will continue in the morning. It will then dissipate in the afternoon, revealing plenty of sunshine. It will be a largely dry day. Breezy northeasterly winds. Highs of 17C.

Tuesday, May 21: Tuesday will see a mixture of variable cloud and sunny spells. A chance of the odd shower in places. Highs of 19C.

Ely

Monday, May 20: Low cloud will continue in the morning. It will then dissipate in the afternoon, revealing plenty of sunshine. It will be a largely dry day. Breezy northeasterly winds. Highs of 18C.

Tuesday, May 21: Tuesday will see a mixture of variable cloud and sunny spells. A chance of the odd shower in places. Highs of 19C.

Huntingdon

Monday, May 20: Low cloud will continue in the morning. It will then dissipate in the afternoon, revealing plenty of sunshine. It will be a largely dry day. Breezy northeasterly winds. Highs of 17C.
