His father congratulated him on the new arrival, as he joked about the apprehensive look on his granddaughter's face.
The Hollywood star said: "So happy for Vivian and you. Don’t think Lua is sure about this yet! What a holiday present."
Meanwhile, Cameron's step-mother Catherine Zeta-Jones made a similar observation as she shared: "Lua's Face!😂😂😂😂😂like ......'whatever.......' Hilarious! Congrats!!"

Cameron is Michael's son from his marriage to first wife Diandra Luker. He has two other children, Dylan, 20, and Carys, 17, whom he shares with Zeta-Jones.
The pair celebrated 20 years of marriage in November 2020.
His eldest child spent years battling with addiction as he struggled with cocaine and heroin dependencies in the past and spent time in prison for drug related offences prior to his recovery.
Cameron was sentenced to five years behind bars in 2009 for conspiracy to distribute meth and cocaine. He ultimately ended up serving seven years after his sentence was extended for possession while incarcerated.
He left prison in 2016, welcoming his daughter with Thibes the following year.
