What did you miss?

Celebrity Big Brother fans have admitted they are confused over the fact Sharon Osbourne is still in the house.

The reality TV legend was thought to have signed up for a brief stint on the ITV show rather than the full there weeks or so, telling The Sun she didn't want to leave her husband Ozzy Osbourne, who has battled health issues and was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2003.

"I don’t want to stay away from Ozzy for too long," she said. "We’re so close as a family. I don’t think I have ever gone a week without talking to any of them, ever."

Reports suggested the mum-of-three was set to be in for one week, but as Monday's instalment (March 11) of the show got under way, many people flocked to social media to comment on how it's been a week already and she showed no signs of leaving.

What, how, and why?

"Has Sharon extended her stay?" one person asked on X, as another posted: "I thought Sharon was only staying for 5 days? Or have I missed something?"

"Not that I want Sharon to go because I do not but I thought she was only staying 5 days?" asked someone else. "I love Sharon but I’ve gotta ask, she’s been in here for a week now so when is she leaving?" another fan wrote.

Others said how desperate they were for the TV star to stay, pointing out how much she's stirred things up with her frank chats. "Can Sharon please stay," one viewer pleaded.

Another remarked: "I really do wish that Sharon could stay longer. Straight talking, in your face as usual! Gold dust."

Many have also quipped that ITV bosses should pay whatever it costs to keep Osbourne in the show. "If they need to pay Sharon 10 million just keep her in there she’s so funny," one said on X.

"Pay her whatever she wants, keep Sharon in that house!" urged another.

Osbourne was involved in nomination twist

Osbourne was at the centre of the latest show drama, which saw her secretly watching the nominations on a screen in a separate room. She was then able to interfere with the result, saving one person from the public vote and choosing another to take their place.

Surprisingly, the star did not choose to save Louis Walsh, her friend from their X Factor days. He was nominated by his fellow housemates but Osbourne felt the public would save him anyway. Instead she picked Zeze Millz to save, swapping her for Fern Britton.

Britton now faces the vote alongside Lauren Simon and Walsh.
