Yahoo News Celebs Go Dating star teases "awkward" scenes to come
The Only Way is Essex star Megan McKenna has revealed that there's some awkwardness ahead as she appears on the latest series of Celebs Go Dating alongside her ex, Pete Wicks.
This year's instalment of the E4 dating show is currently shooting, and who'd have ever imagined these two appearing on TV together after their highly-publicised split in 2017?
Megan was backstage at the National Television Awards yesterday (January 22), where she told OK! Online: "I mean, I never thought in a million years I would be back doing a show with Pete. You know what, it's alright – I'll put it this way, if I was a viewer I would definitely be tuning in.
"We're sweet! But it was a very awkward first scene."
Explaining her current hunt for love, the reality star said: "It's been very eventful – I've never been on so many dates in my life. It's early days, there's still a lot of filming left, but some of the boys can be a**eholes.
"There's a few moments when I've cut things short."

Meanwhile, Pete previously admitted that he was "not allowed" to talk about his former girlfriend in the company of his former partner, Shelby Tribble.
"I am not allowed to talk about Megan at all. I am not talking about her ever again. I'm not allowed," he explained prior to their split in September 2018.
