Channel 4 The Piano viewers issue demand as Scouser's performance leaves Claudia Winkleman in tears

The Piano viewers were in tears after Brad Kella's incredible performance in final.

The 22-year-old from Fazakerley was one of seven finalists on tonight's episode of the popular Channel 4 programme. Brad dedicated his performance in the last episode to his foster parents as he said: "They give me the capability to dream and believe that anything is actually possible.

"There's a stigma with kids in foster care and we genuinely get seen as just a number. I want to show people what a number could do."

Host Claudia Winkleman admitted she was in tears after Brad's unbelievable performance on the piano. Judges Mika and Lang Lang awarded Brad as the performance of the night and the talented Scouser was in tears after he won the prize.

He said: "I want to show the country that us care kids can still do stuff. We need to be pushed and around the right people. Thank you so much." A message after the show revealed Brad's partner is expecting their second child and he is currently working on launching the Leeds piano trail.

Viewers following the show on social media platform X all said this is only the start of a sparkling career for Brad and someone should let him create the soundtrack to a film.
