Channel 4's Location, Location, Location is looking for Lancashire house hunters for its new series

Channel 4's flagship property show, Location, Location, Location, spearheaded by real estate gurus Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer, are on a mission to assist home seekers in Lancashire for their new series.

The popular duo trot across the length and breadth of the UK aiding buyers in their quest for the perfect abode. The popular programme has been delighting viewers since its inception in 2000 and is currently showcasing its 41st series which commenced airing from May 8.

Its inaugural episode took viewers on a trip to Sussex coast as Amanda and Annette embarked on their hunt for a bungalow. As filming schedules for its upcoming series in June are being finalised, Channel 4 is on the lookout for Lancastrians or those from nearby regions who could benefit from Kirstie and Phil's property prowess regardless of if they're stepping onto the property ladder for the first time, seeking a larger or smaller pad, or are on the market their forever home.

A spokesperson for the Channel 4 show said: "We are casting for the new series, and we are interested in hearing from chain free house hunters in Manchester and the surrounding areas, going into Lancashire. Applications are now open and we're looking to spread the word to the community to encourage Manchester's house hunters to apply and get the help they need.

"Filming this June, we are looking for individuals, families and couples who need Kirstie and Phil's expertise to buy their dream home in Manchester. Whether applicants are first-time buyers; looking for their next dream home; downsizing or relocating- whatever the reason they're moving, we love to hear from them.

"As part of Channel 4's ongoing commitment to achieving greater inclusivity on screen, we strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds and identities to apply."
