After a dramatic weekend of action, Tyrone and Donegal make a swift return to battle it out for a place in this season’s Ulster SFC final.

Jim McGuinness and Donegal return to the scene of last weekend’s famous win over Derry at Celtic Park after they dethroned the back-to-back Ulster champions with a thrilling 4-11 to 0-17 win.

Tyrone’s quarter-final victory wasn’t nearly as convincing as they edged out Cavan 1-23 to 3-16 at Kingspan Breffni last Sunday.

How much extra-time will have taken out of the Red Hands remains to be seen but, with an extra day of rest, it would appear that the Tír Chonaill men have a slight advantage.

Tyrone defeated Donegal 1-18 to 0-13 in their last Championship clash in the preliminary quarter-final of the All-Ireland series last season.
