The cheapest postcodes to buy a house in Merseyside and the surrounding areas has been revealed.
Using property price data from the HM Land Registry, a House Postcode Report has been published by Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels ranking postcodes based on their average house price last year.
The L4 postcode, which covers Anfield, is the cheapest area in the Merseyside to buy a property with an average price of £108,368.

The area in Merseyside with the highest house prices is the CH48 postcode, covering Caldy, with an average price of £466,734.
