The cheapest three-bed houses for sale in Lancashire - with one priced at just £20k

As the cost of living crisis continues to bite siblings might find themselves forced to share rooms as families are priced out of larger homes.

However, here in Lancashire, there's still plenty of bargains on the market - including bigger homes. For as little as £20,000 you could bag yourself a three-bedroom house and there are plenty more to choose from.

These are the five cheapest properties currently for sale with a minimum of three bedrooms. And there's even a hotel with a whopping 14 bedrooms that has a guide price of just £30,000.
