Chrissy Teigen had the most accurate clapback for mommy-shamers who criticized a recent photo of her family

Since giving birth to daughter Luna in 2016, Chrissy Teigen has dealt with near-constant mommy-shaming…because such is the world we live in apparently. Luckily, Teigen has no qualms about publicly shutting down haters and trolls.

In fact, Teigen gets so much parenting flack online that she even tried to get ahead of the negative comments in her latest Instagram. The model’s recent post shows her holding both Miles and Luna, looking beautiful as ever. Teigen wrote, “Should I post the one where his head looks unsupported but my face looks good and Luna is over it, the one where his head is supported but my face is just okay and Luna is over it, or him crying and my face looks okay and Luna is over it?”

But, alas, the negative comments still cropped up. Some fans criticized the fact that Miles was crying, while others scolded Teigen for keeping him out in the sun (for what we’re sure was a two-minute photo session). But Teigen of course had the perfect clapback.

As much as we hate that Teigen has to deal with mommy-shamers on a regular basis, we love that she’s always ready to address them head on. Parenting is hard, and most moms and dads are just trying to do the best they can.

We applaud Teigen for her honesty and we’re grateful to see all the relatable family moments she shares. Mommy-shamers, be gone.
