Cilla Black's Home Is On The Market For £4.4Million

It has been announced that the late Cilla Black’s Buckinghamshire mansion has been put on the market for a whopping £4.4million.

The popular TV personality lived in the luxurious home for 45 years, and her sons have reportedly put it up for sale.

Speaking to the Daily Star, a source shared: “Cilla was a huge part of village life when her boys were younger but kept herself to herself in recent years.

"Everyone knows her house; it was a bit of a landmark in the local area.

"It’s a shame that the family are selling up but the property must cost a fortune to run so it’s understandable.”

Cilla and her husband Bobby bought the home back in 1970, going on to raise their children - Robert, now 45, Ben, now 41, and Jack, now 35 - there.

The mansion has eight bedrooms, a tennis court, a leisure complex, an indoor pool and spa as well as an entirely separate cottage on the grounds.

Cilla sadly passed away last August after suffering a fall at her home in Spain, leaving her boys £15million in her will, however, after inheritance tax it’s believed that each of her sons will take home roughly £3million each.

She also left them her mansion, the £2million villa in Spain and a £1.5million penthouse in Barbados.

It is believed that Cilla left £20,000 to her housekeeper Penny Walker, with a source explaining at the time: “She adored her sons and treated Penny as part of the family.”
