Loose Women's Coleen Nolan has delighted fans by revealing her 'work bestie' and sharing a joyful reunion.

The 59 year old TV personality posted a heart warming video on Instagram of herself and co-star Ruth Langsford engaging in a friendly dance-off before joining the panel to discuss the day's hot topics.

Dressed in a royal blue shirt and black trousers, Coleen looked glamorous alongside Ruth, 64, who was equally stylish in a pale pink suit.

The pair appeared ecstatic to be back together, dancing to the viral TikTok tune Lil Boo Thang by Paul Russell.

The video showed the Loose Women stars strutting through the ITV studios corridors before unexpectedly running into each other, leading to their gleeful dance-off and arm-in-arm walk to the panel, the Mirror reports.

In her post, Coleen identified Ruth as her best friend at work, writing: "When you reunite with your work bestie."

Ruth responded in the comments, saying: "LOVE this woman."

Fans of Loose Women were quick to express their admiration for Ruth and Coleen's friendship in the comments section. One fan wrote: "A great friendship clearly, you can't beat it."

Another echoed: "I love you both. Wish I could be a Loose Woman."

Someone else commented: "You two together on the show are fab."

Meanwhile, another admirer of Coleen and Ruth joked: "What a pair of lovely loonies you two are."

Ruth Langsford opened up about her greatest concern regarding her husband Eamonn Holmes on Loose Women.

At 64, Ruth admitted she's troubled by the idea of Eamonn dating a younger woman if they ever separated - but the thought of him with someone her own age is even more unsettling.

Despite being one of the most enduring partnerships in the entertainment industry, the television duo often ponder the potential challenges they might face if their relationship were to hit rocky ground.

Ruth recently divulged her apprehensions on Loose Women, expressing that the prospect of Eamonn choosing a younger partner isn't what worries her most.

Explaining her feelings on the subject, she said: "See I think, people go, 'Oh, you'd hate it if you were dumped for a younger woman'."

"I go, 'No, I would hate it because...' then I could do the whole cliche thing, 'Oh, Eamonn is such a cliche, he's going with a 25 year old, how sad.'

"But then I think 'No, the worst thing for me is if he went off with someone the same age'. I think that is harder than being dumped for someone younger. That's my worst fear."

The couple's romance began in 1997 after being introduced by their mutual friend, TV host Sally Meen, in London while Eamonn was presenting on GMTV.

This meeting came just two years after Eamonn had parted ways with his first wife, Gabrielle Holmes, with whom he has three children, Declan, Rebecca, and Niall.

Ruth Langsford previously recalled a drunken marriage proposal from Eamonn Holmes on Loose Women as she explained that he had proposed in the spur of the moment while at a box at Cheltenham Races.

She said: "We were at the races in a box with some people and I'd had a few drinks and had won a bit on the horses and was having a lovely time.

"Eamonn had gone out to the loo and when he came back, there were men in the box with us flirting and chatting to me, and he said: 'I don't like that, them flirting with my wife.'

"And then he went: 'Actually, she's not my wife. She should be my wife.' We had been together 14 years by then. 'Why is she not my wife? Why haven't I done this?'"
