Coleen Rooney won't forget her comeback from the Wagatha Christie drama in a hurry as she has paid tribute to it in her home. As fans may remember, the 38-year-old was at the centre of a social media frenzy back in 2019 when she accused Rebekah Vardy of leaking information about her private life.

Coleen claimed at the time that she had been planting fake stories on a private Instagram account and only allowed access to her fellow WAG in order to determine if she was in fact the source of the leak. After the stories fake stories were published, she took to social media to publicly reveal Rebekah was indeed the source.

Rebekah denied Coleen's claims and went on to sue her for libel. But Coleen defended the claim on the basis of her post which outed Rebekah as being "substantially true" and after a week-long trial at London’s High Court, the judge eventually ruled in Coleen's favour and dismissed the claim against her.

Less than a month after the judge's ruling last July, Coleen spoke for the first time in her first proper interview since the trial in a bombshell interview with British Vogue in which the star, married to footballer Wayne Rooney, branded Rebekah, who is married to footballer Jamie Vardy, 'odd' and said her 'evil' texts read in court made her sick.

She also revealed how she came up with a plot to foil the person who had been leaking stories to newspapers about her private life, which she believed had come from Rebekah's social media account. "I feel like a lot of people still don’t understand what happened, from beginning to end," Coleen told the publication. "But what I said in that post, I still stick by today. In the night I started thinking about what I was going to do. I just wanted these stories to stop."

And Coleen, who 'didn't tell a soul' about her suspicions, didn't just type out what she wanted to say straight into the Notes app on her phone, saying: "No. I like a pen and paper." She added: "A pencil and rubber, actually, so I can rub it out. So I started writing what I wanted to say and then the next morning I put it out there. That was the start of something that I would never have expected."

Now, Coleen and Wayne's eldest son Kai has revealed that Coleen has a supersized framed copy of her British Vogue cover up in their home. The 14-year-old innocently shared a photo to his Instagram stories of clothing he had received from Drama Call.

In the background of the picture, a large blown-up version of the cover can be seen hanging on the wall behind a sofa with the headline reading: "Coleen Rooney is ready to talk," while also describing Coleen as a "wife, mother and detective superstar", with fans at the time saying the Liverpool-born star appeared "styled as Inspector Gadget".

It comes after Coleen said last month how she never thought her now famous social media posts exposing Rebekah's account for leaking stories about her would go as viral as it did. It went on to become the "Wagatha Christie" court case that gripped the nation. Coleen led stars at an International Women's Day event in Manchester last month and was interviewed by former Emmerdale star Sheree Murphy on stage at the event inside Harvey Nichols

When she was asked why she wanted to do the Disney+ documentary, Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story, about the court case, she said: "Everyone else had their say and opinion and thought they knew what was going on. But they didn’t. It was my story to tell and and I thought was my time to say how it was and put it to bed."

On putting out "that" tweet, she said: "I put it out there and being in the public eye I thought it would get some attention, but not as much as it did!" When asked if she now felt she had "closure", Coleen replied: "I feel closure now. I did the day we stepped out of court."
