'Concerned' police need your help to find Sophie, 13

Police are appealing for sightings of a 13-year-old girl missing for more than 12 hours. Staffordshire Police are 'concerned' following the disappearance of Sophie.

The schoolgirl - who lives in Shropshire - was last seen in Stone.

A police spokesman said: "The 13 year old is missing from Stone and we are concerned for their welfare. She was last seen at around 6pm on Saturday. She is described as medium build, with red and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black bomber coat around her waist, black hoodie, black Tupac t-shirt, grey jogging bottoms and black converse trainers."

Anyone who has seen Sophie should call Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 625 of June 22.
