Emmerdale star Lisa Riley was targeted last year by scammers presenting to be her, urging her followers that any direct messaging apparently from her was inauthentic and should be ignored.
"Common sense should REALLY kick in by now, these pages JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! I am not….will not…..EVER BE PART OF IT!!! Don't click on ANYTHING on these pages!!!" she urged her followers at the time.

"It's crap. It's a scam. It's outrageous," she said. "And I just want you to know that I would never, ever, ever advocate anything like that. I'm absolutely incensed."
"Life's too short to worry about dieting and finding quick fixes. Just be happy with yourself."
