Shock injury for Max

With no job or home, things are looking grim for Nicky. And an annoyed Daniel is in no doubt as to who’s responsible for her current plight: Max.

As he confronts him about sharing Nicky’s images with the rest of the school, Daniel ends up blaming Max for ruining her life. And he gives the lad an ultimatum: either Max tells Amy that he spiked her drink or Daniel will.

By the week’s end, Max will be feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders - and a fallout with David results in his phone being confiscated. As Max tells David he hates him, David fires back that were Kylie still alive, she’d be ashamed of him.

Later on, Max makes a bid to run away from home. But after smashing the barber’s door in order to retrieve his mobile, he lacerates his leg on the broken glass and collapses onto the street. Will he be rescued?

Jacob outsmarts Simon

The rehabilitation of Jacob continues with Amy begging an incredulous Carla to give him a job at the factory.

But after the former drug dealer is offered a trial, Simon ends up publicly shaming him on the factory floor. For Jacob the message is clear: Simon will never forgive him, so he’d better be watching his back.

By Friday, Simon will be seen spying Jacob making a furtive phone call and leaps to the erroneous conclusion that he’s planting drugs in Victoria Garden for a client.

But Jacob has actually duped Simon. And, after revealing that he was planting nothing more sinister than a packet of custard creams, he opens up to Si about his life of hell dealing drugs for Harvey and how he grabbed an opportunity to escape as soon as he could. Will Simon end up seeing his enemy in a new light?

Toyah and Leanne at war

Leanne voices her concerns to Toyah about the upcoming wedding as she feels things are moving too quickly. But Toyah retaliates by saying that if her sister can’t offer full support, then she doesn’t want her to attend.

Eventually the pair reconcile at Toyah’s hen do, with the siblings seen burying their concerns. But there’s trouble brewing at Imran’s stag party, where Abi is confronting the groom to be and telling him that even though the cash has run dry and her lawyer has quit, she still intends to fight him every step of the way for custody of Alfie.

Will Tim see a doctor?

Tim is fretting about his impotence issues, so Sally urges him to make an appointment with Dr Gaddas. But Tim is clearly embarrassed and refuses.

However, after much soul-searching, Tim finally sees sense and agrees to see the doctor. But will he get the help he needs?

George’s secret is revealed

George won’t let Eileen stay at his house and is putting the blame on Ridley, his over-protective cat.

But the undertaker is set to be left shocked when he returns home to find Eileen and Sean snooping around his garden. After George vents his fury, will he ultimately come clean about what he’s really been hiding?
