Do Daisy and Ryan have feelings for each other?
Ryan leaves a voice message for ‘Crystal’, informing her that he’s going to book a ticket and come out to Ibiza – a plan that results in Daisy rushing round to advise him against it. Hoping to distract him further, Daisy then suggests they take a walk as it’s time Ryan faced the world. But when he later thanks her helping him face his demons, it’s clear that their feelings for each other are starting to run deeper than just friendship.
Friday’s drama, though, sees Ryan fall unwell while alone. But will his call to ‘Crystal’ go unanswered, what with Daisy having left her spare phone at home? It’s starting to seem so, as Ryan will then be seen drifting into unconsciousness. Just what can be wrong with him?
Max needs help
Max, meanwhile, secretly records a heart-rending video on the phone belonging to Daniel, who then vows to come to his aid.
Realising that Max can’t lose face in front of his peers, Daniel comes up with a plan after finding Daisy’s spare phone and records a message for Max on the device, suggesting that if there’s anything bothering him, he can record it on there.
But after finding out that Daniel has given Max the phone, Daisy demands he get it back as soon as possible. Max, meanwhile, is facing pressure from fellow inmate Gav, who finds out about the phone and ends up playing the voice message that Ryan has left on there. Max listens with concern, knowing that Ryan is now in danger…
Will Sarah be caught with Damon?
After Sarah overhears Dee-Dee and Beth gossiping about Damon’s black eye, she calls in at the Bistro to see him. And soon enough, concern has turned to passion in the office.
Adam and Dee-Dee, meanwhile, tell Leanne that they called at the Bistro for a meeting about the late licence, only to find it locked. So, Nick, Leanne, Adam and Dee-Dee all head over there together to find out where Damon’s got to. But will he be caught red-handed with Sarah?
Fiz says goodbye
Stephen offers Fiz a new supervisor’s role that’s on twice the salary she’s currently earning – the catch being that it’s based in Norwich.
But when Tyrone tells her she should accept, Fiz gets packing and will be seen bidding farewell to the Street on Friday. But Corrie fans fearing that this is it for Fiz can be reassured – the exit is only temporary as star Jennie McAlpine is merely on maternity leave.
Paul pleads guilty
Finally, Paul has his day in court on Monday and will be seen pleading guilty.
But he’s left gutted when he realises that he’ll be due to return to the courtroom for sentencing on the day before Gemma’s wedding – all of which means that he risks missing her big day.
