Coronation Street spoilers: Stu is under arrest, Ryan is sentenced
Stu is in big trouble on Coronation Street next week, while Toyah rekindles her romance with Spider, and Ryan heads to court.

Stu is arrested
News about Stu has spread on social media, but Kelly wants to get his side of the story. The problem is, Stu is currently lying in the street, drunk and barely conscious.

After receiving treatment in hospital, Stu tells an upset Kelly that she’s best off without him and orders her to leave. And there are more fallouts to come when Stu is later discharged and heads to No 6, determined that Yasmeen should hear the truth from him.
She, though, surreptitiously alerts Zeedan on her phone about what’s going on – hence Craig turning up with fellow officers to arrest Stu for a breach of the peace.
Toyah sleeps with Spider
After being arrested during a protest, Spider is released by the police with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. But after picking him up from the police station, Toyah ends up kissing Spider before later leading him up to the bedroom.
Following this rekindling of their romance, Toyah and Spider head to the Rovers, where they’re seen by Leanne, who’s worried about her sister’s actions. But what neither of them realise is that Spider is also in touch with a mystery caller and telling them he “can’t wait to get back”. What is he hiding?
Ryan is charged – and discovers his fate
After Ryan is charged and ordered to attend the magistrates’ court the following day, he comes up with the plan of staging some fake CCTV footage of a masked gunman forcing him to rob the Bistro.
Ronnie, though, advises Ryan to just accept his punishment and ends up accompanying him to the courtroom. And as the district judge accepts his guilty plea, Ryan is left awaiting sentencing…
Is Stephen in debt?
Dr Gaddas has suggested to Audrey that she go on a course of anti-depressants, and Stephen can’t help but be concerned about his mum’s health.
His remedy is to organise a posh afternoon tea for Audrey in the company of Rita, Ken and Roy at Debbie’s hotel. The trouble is, Stephen’s bank card is declined, much to the amusement of Sarah and Shona. And in order to make the payment, he ultimately decides to use a different card – this time in the name of “Mrs Gabrielle Reid”...
Craig does his research
Faye tells Beth and Sally that Craig is really doing his homework when it comes to the menopause. In fact, his research is fast becoming an obsession.
And we soon get to see what she means when Craig takes Faye to Speed Daal and produces a chart he’s made listing all the beneficial food options open to her. But will Faye be grateful for the advice?
Has Sean met Mr Right?
Sean is pining for Laurence, the handsome dentist he met at the wake. And, soon enough, George has bumped into Laurence and secured him a date with Sean.
Sean, though, swears he’s off men and is now determined to put Dylan first. But after his son orders him to go for it, Sean ends up sharing drinks with Laurence at the Bistro, the two of them getting along famously.
