Yahoo News Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan opens up about her wedding plans
Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has opened up about her ambitious wedding plans, as she hopes to tie the knot with her former footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair in 2020.
As part of a bridal-themed shoot with OK! Magazine, Helen confessed to wanting "a huge day", despite the fact that the couple have yet to even book a venue.
"I'm really picky and I'm looking for something perfect," the actress explained. "We're quite a modern couple so I don't want anything old fashioned, and I definitely don't want to get married somewhere one of my friends has had their wedding."

Flanagan - who is best known for playing Rosie Webster on the ITV soap - and Celtic winger Sinclair began dating in 2009. They have two daughters, three-year-old Matilda and one-year-old Delilah, and currently live in Glasgow - not far from Mar Hall, where OK! staged the shoot.
Sinclair popped the question during a family trip to Disneyland Paris in May last year.
"I know the day is going to go by so quickly so I want to have a party the next day too," she continued.
"I know this is a silly comparison, but I organised Scott's surprise 30th party and that went by in the blink of an eye so I want to make the most of the wedding."
The actress also shared that despite considering getting married abroad, the couple have decided to marry in the UK, adding: "I don't think I'm going to be a bridezilla but I do want to be in control, which I can't be if I do it abroad. I want to do it all myself.
"Scott did love the idea of going away, but at the end of the day he's happy for me to have whatever I want. I'm going to be super glamorous, you won't have seen anything like it before.
"It'll be big hair, big make-up, full on glam. I'm going all out!"
