Coronation Street icon Sally Dynevor has shared her gratitude after landing a new job away from the soap.

The Sally Metcalfe actress has not had far to go, with her latest role seeing her appear on a fellow ITV programme. Sally has been in Weatherfield for almost four decades, having first appeared on the cobbles back in 1986.

But on Monday Sally swapped her soap role for something else entirely. She joined Loose Women as a guest panellist, and it certainly went down well with her many Instagram followers.
