When Geoff then tries to delete the damning hidden camera footage from his laptop, Tim suddenly appears. Will Geoff have to explain what he's up to?

At the same time, Alya Nazir and Imran Habeeb work on Yasmeen's defence, which involves doing some digging on Geoff. They discover that Geoff often visited a hotel bar in town.

Yasmeen is asked about this and reluctantly explains that Geoff was regularly using an escort service.

Word of Geoff's infidelity soon gets back to Sally, who's left to question whether she's really prepared to support Tim's twisted dad.

A disgusted Sally confronts Geoff, but will he manage to get himself out of this one?

Sair Khan, who plays Alya, has previously revealed that Sally will become an ally for Yasmeen in the next chapter of the storyline.

Coronation Street's producer Iain MacLeod also told Digital Spy and other media: "Sally has never been Geoff's biggest fan and she was among the first to have seen what was going on behind closed doors next door. This provides huge material for her and Tim.

"Obviously Tim, in his own way, has been brainwashed and gaslighted by Geoff since birth more or less. So he's very much Team Geoff, while Sally very quickly becomes Team Yasmeen.

"There's a lot of story in the coming weeks coming out of the tensions that creates in that relationship and the difficulties that poses for them as a married couple, with polar opposite views over what was going on next door. It's a really interesting and complicated story."

Coronation Street currently airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm on ITV.
