1. Coronation Street: The battle for baby Susie commences (Tuesday at 8pm on ITV)

Weatherfield is turning into a war zone following the shocking revelation about baby Susie's true parentage. Toyah has to come to terms with losing her longed-for child, and potentially Peter too as she desperately fights to save their fractured relationship.

Meanwhile, Eva's hopes of being able to raise Susie by herself are put in jeopardy when Johnny announces to the Connors that he's going to fight for custody of his granddaughter.

With Aidan's dad demanding a DNA test on her daughter so he can kick start legal proceedings, distraught Eva finds herself turning to former fling Adam for help. Can he come up with a cunning plan to ensure Johnny doesn't get his hands on Susie?

2. Emmerdale: Lachlan prepares to strike again (Friday at 7pm on ITV)

With Gerry dead and buried, lethal Lachlan is already eyeing a new victim in the form of smooth-talking investor Freddy. The unhinged lad is enraged when Freddy offers Belle a position to train at his head office in London, and makes it clear the invite doesn't come with a plus one. With Belle refusing to do as she's told and stay put in the village, Lachlan is at risk of losing control of the situation.

After stashing a stone in the footwell of his car with the intention of battering Freddy with it, the wicked White lays in wait for his prey – only for a drunk Priya to approach him and ask for a lift home. When Priya passes out in the passenger seat, it's game on again as Lachlan hits the gas and follows Freddy's car to a nearby hotel. Will he do his worst, and risk Priya discovering his dark secret?

3. EastEnders: Mick and Stuart join forces (Friday at 9.10pm on BBC One)

Mick is only just starting to get his head round what Stuart likes to get up to in his spare time, when his childhood mate asks him to help track down the next sexual predator on his radar. Despite Stuart's insistence that he's no vigilante, and he merely wants to confront these perverts with the evidence, Mick has serious reservations about the risky operation.

Stuart won't be told though, and not content with asking Mick to take the law into his own hands, Stuart also tries to enlist Halfway in his misguided mission. Will the ex-army chef bow to pressure and work with his brother, or can Mick convince him to keep well out of it?

4. Hollyoaks: Luke goes off the rails (Monday at 7pm on E4 and Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4)

Things seem to be going from bad to worse for Luke as his drunken and erratic behaviour is putting not only his job, but also his family at risk. Ashamed by his dad's public spats with Mandy, isolated Ollie turns to football mentor Buster for help. Unaware of his true intentions, Ollie is persuaded by Buster to do some warm-up stretches in preparation for his football trials, but events take a sinister turn, leaving the teen traumatised.

Following the incident, Ollie promptly decides to quit the team and stay clear of Buster, only for an oblivious Luke to persuade his son to give his dream of playing professionally another shot. Is Luke's addiction preventing Ollie from telling his dad the dark truth about Buster?

5. Neighbours: The return of Ned Willis (Thursday at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5)

The residents of Ramsay Street are in for a surprise when Brad's son Ned suddenly shows up sporting a rather nasty black eye. Everyone has their own theory over why Ned is back in town after an 18-month absence. Chloe reckons he's returned to win back former love Elly, while Terese is convinced that her slippery stepson could be in trouble yet again.

But it seems both of them are incorrect when Ned makes a call to an unknown friend, confirming that no-one is aware of the real reason he's come back to Erinsborough. How long will it be before Terese and co discover what's really going on?

6. Coronation Street: Kayla causes trouble between Craig and Bethany (Friday at 8pm on ITV)

Newcomer Kayla is proving to be quite the poisonous little snake when she deliberately goes out of her way to stir up trouble between Craig and Bethany. Despite enjoying a date with the trainee policeman, Kayla is consumed with jealousy over his closeness to his best mate.

Deciding the pretty blonde poses a threat to her potential romance, Kayla comes up with a plan. Having overheard Bethany telling Emma her concerns over how Craig would cope in the force, Kayla twists the truth, saying to Craig that Beth has been discussing his OCD in public. Her deception has the desired effect, leading cross Craig to have a go at his mate. We think we need to keep an eye on this one...

7. Emmerdale: Daz drops a shock bombshell (Tuesday at 7pm on ITV)

It's another day spent in the interview room at Hotten police station for Daz, as the detectives continue to grill him over Amelia's unexplained disappearance. With the pressure mounting to find the missing teen, the cops reveal new evidence that links Daz directly to the case. But is it enough to charge him?

Back home, all hell breaks loose when Dan and Kerry openly accuse Daz of abducting Amelia, and angry Dan threatens his sibling with a wrench. At risk of being beaten to within an inch of his life, terrified Daz makes a sudden confession, which shocks his family to the core. But will it lead them any closer to the truth about Amelia?

8. EastEnders: Hayley cons Keanu (Monday at 9.25pm on BBC One)

Hayley's got pound signs flashing in her eyes when the Slaters receive the keys to Charlie's beloved old black cab, and mechanic Keanu reveals the vehicle could be worth a whopping £10,000. But with the cab needing some TLC, and possessing a lack of spanners, Hayles pops over to The Arches to see what she can find, aka steal.

The sassy Slater flirts up a storm with Keanu in the hope of distracting him, only for Phil to turn up and humiliate her. Embarrassed by his boss's behaviour, Keanu pops over to see Hayley later and apologises for not standing up for her, completely oblivious to the fact she's pulled the wool over his eyes and nicked loads of expensive equipment from the garage. But despite her ulterior motive, could there be a real spark between the unlikely couple?

9. Hollyoaks: Cleo comes clean (Tuesday at 7pm on E4 and Wednesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4)

The ongoing struggle to hide her bulimia from her loved ones is getting harder for Cleo as she continues to purge in private. She's guilt-ridden over lying to Joel's face, but as it turns out, her man's been hiding things from her too – like Sienna making on a move on him. Cleo is fuming when the former priest confesses all, but Joel turns out to be her saviour when Myra discovers her niece's coat pockets stuffed with sweets and chocolates, and he pretends they're his.

Feeling dreadful that Joel has lied to Myra, and sick and tired of living a lie, Cleo cracks under the pressure and ends up telling BFF Holly everything. Will Holly keep schtum, or reveal all to Myra?

10. Home and Away: Ash is back in the Bay (Wednesday at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5)

Another familiar face returns to Soapland, as Ash is welcomed home to Summer Bay. And it seems the time he took away to recover from losing Kat and their unborn baby has done him the world of good. Ash's ex Tori is taken aback by his new calm and collected outlook to life, and is impressed when the former hothead reveals he's sought professional help to deal with his anger issues.

But despite having moved on from the past, it seems Ash still has one lingering regret – allowing his dark obsession with Robbo to ruin his relationship with Tori. Will he try to win back his lost love?
