Yahoo News Corrie's Eva Price has baby secrets exposed tonight
Coronation Street's Eva Price finds herself in a bitter war of words with Johnny and Jenny Connor tonight (July 16) as they come face-to-face at a mediation session.
Eva (Catherine Tyldesley) is facing a battle for custody of baby Susie, as Johnny is convinced that he's the best person to bring up his granddaughter.
As the tense mediation meeting gets under way in this evening's double bill, it doesn't take long before Johnny (Richard Hawley) decides that it's time to play dirty.
Hoping to expose Eva as an irresponsible mother, Johnny pulls out the fake birth certificate that Peter Barlow gave him last week.
Johnny takes great delight in telling the whole story of Eva and Toyah's baby deception, hoping that it'll be enough to sway the case in his favour.
A rattled Eva is forced to express her regrets over her lies and deceit, but she also has plenty of ammunition to fight back with.
Pulling out her own ace card, Eva brings up Jenny's dark history by revealing how she kidnapped Kevin Webster's son Jack in 2015.
Eva claims that she wouldn't trust the Connors with Susie in fear that Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) could suffer another breakdown.
As the session descends into further rows and recriminations, Eva ends up storming out and it's clear that nothing has been resolved.
Back at home later on, Johnny blames Jenny for scuppering his chances of custody and later confides in Liz McDonald by revealing that he now plans to end his marriage.
Liz urges Johnny to see that Susie belongs with Eva, but when the little girl is snatched from her crib at The Rovers, it seems that Johnny still has other ideas…
Coronation Street airs tonight at 7.30pm and 9.30pm on ITV.
