The Crown reveals season 3 first look at Olivia Colman

Waiting for your first glimpse of the Queen of Drama as the Queen of England? Well, the waiting is over.

Despite encouraging "patience" in their tweet, Netflix has kicked off your week by sharing this first-look photo of Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II herself in The Crown season 3.

Olivia takes over the regal role from the award-winning Claire Foy for season 3 and 4 of the big-budget drama.

She'll be joined by Tobias Menzies as Prince Philip (succeeding Matt Smith), with a strong cast of established stars and newcomers alongside them.
