Danielle Fishel is one proud TV mom.

The actress, 43, traveled to New York City over the weekend to support Sabrina Carpenter, her former costar on Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World, as she made her Saturday Night Live debut.

Carpenter, 25, was the musical guest for the show’s finale episode on May 18, and Fishel was in the audience to cheer her on as she marked the major career milestone.

“Had the literal time of my life watching my bb check a massive box off her bucket list,” Fishel wrote in a post on Instagram, gushing with pride as she shared photos with Carpenter and other stars from SNL and the afterparty. “Met some absolute legends and cried tears of joy. NY, you are magical!”

“I love you!!!!!” Carpenter wrote in a comment on the post, which featured a backstage photo of the former costars, a solo shot of her outside 30 Rock, and some selfies of Fishel with SNL stars including Kenan Thompson and Marcello Hernandez.

Carpenter wasn’t the only Girl Meets World reunion for Fishel, though, as she also shared a selfie with Corey Fogelmanis in the post, who starred as Farkle Minkle on the Disney Channel series.

Carpenter performed two songs on the season 49 finale episode, which was hosted by Jake Gyllenhaal, starting with her hit single "Espresso," followed by a medley of "Feather" and "Nonsense."

Following the show, she shared a clip on Instagram with a cheeky reference to some of her "Espresso" lyrics as she reflected on the major moment, admitting she'll "never" be over it.

"Literally working late cuz I'm a singer @nbcsnl thank you for having us I’m sooooo not chill about it and never will be," she wrote.

Amid the success of her latest single, Fishel has been showing her support for Carpenter, who played her daughter's best friend Maya Hart on the series, on Instagram.

Last month, she celebrated Carpenter earning her first top 10 slot on the Billboard Top 100 charts with a post on her Instagram Stories, writing, "You've done it my bb!! I'm crying fr [for real]" over a screenshot of the chart.

She added a "congratulations" sticker to the post, along with two coffee-related stickers.

The pair worked together on the Boy Meets World reboot series from 2014 to 2017, with Carpenter starring as the best friend of Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard), the teen daughter of Topanga (Fishel) and Cory (Ben Savage).

The singer told Teen Vogue in 2020 that the series was her "world" while it was airing and she was "so proud to be a par to fit and everything that it stood for."

"I've created friendships from that show that'll last a lifetime," she said of the show.
