Danniella Westbrook says it's 'about time' as she prepares for facial surgery
The actor said she is a bit nervous but also excited about having the operation
Danniella Westbrook has revealed that she is set to undergo facial reconstruction surgery, saying "it's about time".
The former EastEnders star suffered damage to her nasal septum as a result of past cocaine abuse and has also previously said that a botched surgery left her with osteoporosis which is making the bones in her face weaken.
She told The Sun she is heading to Turkey this weekend for treatment.

"I’m not feeling too bad," she said.
"A bit nervous but I’m excited because it’s been five or six years of waiting now. It’s about time.”
Addressing her upcoming surgery on Instagram, Westbrook said: "I’m ready to have my last operation next week then after that watch out world cos I’m back!"
The star, 49, said it was "going to be a busy year" as she had lots of worked lined up, including acting jobs and a one woman show and that she had a "tell all book" in the pipeline.
"So a huge thank you to all of you for your support in the glory days and the dark times," she said.
"I am so full of gratitude to everyone."
Westbrook, who found fame as Sam Mitchell on the BBC soap, previously shared that she was frequently trolled over her appearance.
"People message me, saying, ‘You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself’," the actor told The Sun last year.
