Danny Dyer's daughter, erm, Dani Dyer has hit back at even more false allegations about her dad's off-screen behaviour.

The EastEnders star – who plays Mick Carter in the BBC One soap – made headlines recently when damaging (and untrue) reports surfaced that he is being forced to take a short break from his role after supposedly storming off set, talking down to crew members and falling out with his co-stars stars including Adam Woodyatt (Ian Beale) and Steve McFadden (Phil Mitchell).

Writing on Twitter, his daughter Dani jumped to his defence, saying: "I swere to god if I see one more bullshit lie about my dad on stupid papers stupid stupid stupid people. (sic)"

In a now-deleted tweet, the 20-year-old added: "I know you need to feed your family but why don't you write about what's happening in the world? Stay the f**k out of my family life!"

Issuing a strong denial to Digital Spy, an EastEnders spokesperson insisted: "There is absolutely no truth in any of these allegations. Danny is always a consummate professional.

"Danny has never walked off set, nor has he ever lost his temper or been rude to anyone at work.

"Danny is an extremely popular member of cast and respected by everyone on the show."

The BBC previously confirmed to Digital Spy that he will be taking a short break but he was not sacked nor did he quit.

According to reports by The Sun, The NTA-winning actor was 'forced to take a break' from filming the soap, amid concerns from producers that he needs to 'sort his life out'.

But speaking to Digital Spy at the time, a BBC spokesperson said: "Danny is on a short break from EastEnders.

"This was not enforced by bosses, nor has he quit the show."
