Dapper Laughs horrifies Celebrity Big Brother fans with misogynistic sex comments moments after defending 'rape joke'
Dapper Laughs, real name Daniel O’Reilly, left Celebrity Big Brother fans horrified last night after he made a misogynistic sex joke just hours after entering the famous house.
The crude joke came moments after he insisted that he was a changed man following a controversial rape joke that almost ended his career in 2014.
Speaking to Rochdale child sex abuse detective Maggie Oliver, Daniel admitted that he had been most nervous about meeting her before entering the house as he explained his scandalous TV show, where he’d said a woman in the audience was “gagging for a rape”.
The star told Maggie that the quip looked worse written down and was taken “out of context” by the media, although he acknowledged that it was inappropriate as he added: “I know you shouldn’t even discuss rape.”
However, later that evening he and Love Island love rat Jonny Mitchell were discussing their female housemates in the Diary Room and Daniel said that Jonny will be “hanging out the back of” glamour model Jess Impiazzi within two weeks.
Laughing, the comic told Big Brother: “Within two weeks he’ll be hanging out the back of Jess. Can I say that?”
Daniel then went even further, continuing: “I think she’s gorgeous. If I were you I’d be second knuckle.”
Viewers at home were disgusted by Daniel’s crude remarks, and took to social media to voice their dismay at the star featuring in the special ‘girl power’ series of the reality show as they insisted that he clearly wasn’t a “changed man” after all:
Good to see Daniel aka Dapper Laughs hasn’t changed a bit. Vile excuse for a man. #CBB
