One lucky individual is set to become the owner of a luxurious London property valued at over £5 million, along with a hefty £250,000 in cash. The latest Omaze prize draw will also be raising funds for London's Air Ambulance Charity, one close to David Beckham's heart.

The lucky recipient of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, will be handed the keys to a sprawling four-bedroom house nestled in the heart of Victoria Park village. The property boasts a gym, games area and spa facilities including a hot tub and sauna, making it the most valuable property ever offered in a UK prize draw reports the Express.

The 4,700 sq ft property has been renovated and extended to an exceptional standard, blending modern architectural design with its historic character. The property comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. In addition, all Omaze Grand Prize Winners are now given a staggering £250,000 in cash to help them settle in.

They have the freedom to live in the house, rent it out for additional income or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multi-millionaire. If the winner chooses to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could fetch a long-term rental value of around £12,000 per month.

The showpiece of the house is the stunning reception area which features high ceilings with triple height glazing that floods the property with natural light, creating a spacious environment rarely found in London homes.

This exquisite property, nestled in a secluded enclave, boasts bespoke joinery, black powder coated metal work and triple height 8.5-meter glazing. The home seamlessly blends period features such as exposed original Victorian brickwork with modern styling and luxury amenities, creating elegant open plan living spaces perfect for entertaining or unwinding with loved ones.

Nestled in the heart of the sought-after 'Victoria Village' community in East London, the house is just a four-minute stroll from Victoria Park, London's oldest public park and one of its most beloved green spaces, spanning 213 acres of trees, gardens, lakes and fields.

Despite being in the city, the area has a unique, tranquil feel, with leafy main roads home to a diverse range of boutique eateries, delis, restaurants, independent shops and traditional as well as Gastro pubs. The renowned Ginger Pig butchers and the Victoria Park Farmers Market are also within easy walking distance.

Located in Hackney, the neighbourhood is popular among creatives and has been named by Vogue as one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world due to its cool, eclectic and incredibly diverse character.

Transport links are plentiful, with Mile End underground station nearby and Cambridge Heath Road providing quick access to Liverpool Street. There are also numerous bus and cycle routes in the immediate vicinity.

In addition to making its Grand Prize Winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, will also raise funds for London's Air Ambulance Charity.

London's Air Ambulance provides critical hospital treatment and medical personnel on-site when patients are so severely injured that there is no time to get to the hospital. Critical traumatic injury can occur to anyone, at any moment, and is the leading cause of death in individuals under 45 in the UK.

Last year, London's Air Ambulance teams attended to over 2,000 patients and are the only service in London capable of performing life-saving interventions such as blood transfusions, and open chest surgery at the scene, whenever required.

Each year, it costs London's Air Ambulance Charity £15 million to provide a 365 day a year, 24/7 service. An additional £15 million is needed to replace its two current helicopters, bring each new helicopter into service and keep them operational for years to come.

The charity needs to raise these crucial funds by the end of September this year. The funds raised from the partnership with Omaze will go directly towards the purchase of these two essential new helicopters for London.

Ex-England football captain and supporter of London's Air Ambulance Charity, David Beckham, backs the partnership.

David said: "As a proud Londoner I know how vital London's Air Ambulance Charity is. When a patient is critically injured in the capital they don't have time to get to hospital. But London's Air Ambulance can deliver expert medics to perform emergency surgery anywhere in the city within minutes.

"Now they need our support to reach their target to replace their two helicopters and make sure they can keep flying to save lives across London. I hope that people respond to this campaign so that everyone in our city knows that London's Air Ambulance will be there if they need them."

Omaze has pledged a minimum donation of £1 million from the collaboration with the charity.

James Oakes, Chief International Officer at Omaze, said: "Everyone at Omaze is thrilled to be partnering with London's Air Ambulance Charity for our latest house draw.

"By offering this incredible property in London along with £250,000 in cash, Omaze is giving people the chance to win a life-changing prize that can enable them to live mortgage or rent free, as well as raising money for charities and introducing its charity partners to new audiences that they wouldn't otherwise reach at the same time.

"We're immensely proud that the Omaze community has already raised over £43 million for good causes across the UK."

In addition to the Grand Prize, those who enter online by midnight on Sunday, July 14 (Tuesday, July 16 for postal entries) also stand a chance to win a Maserati GranTurismo Trofeo, valued at over £170,000. There's also an extra £50,000 cash prize available in the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw for Omaze subscribers spending £20 or more.

All Omaze entrants have the opportunity to win smaller prizes throughout the draw. Entries for the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, are now open. The draw ends on Sunday, July 28 for online entries and Tuesday, July 30, 2024 for postal entries.
