Dick Cheney Takes Part in House Moment of Silence Marking January 6 Anniversary

The US House of Representatives held a moment of silence on Thursday, January 6, marking a year since supporters of former President Donald Trump attacked the US Capitol building.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney stood next to his daughter Liz Cheney, the congresswoman representing Wyoming. Liz Cheney is one of two Republicans on the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack — a body formed by the House.
