Yahoo News Disney Monopoly is coming just in time for Christmas
Everyone loves a board game at Christmas. Let's face it, at what other time of year do you gather your family or mates together and whip one out? "I'll pack a board game in my suitcase for Ibiza," said no-one ever.
With the festive season fast approaching, we know a) what's going straight on our Christmas list this year and b) what we'll be doing on the evening of December 25. The answer to both is the Monopoly Disney Classic edition.

We know Monopoly has released billions of special editions over the years, but this is one version of the classic board game that we just can't wait to get our hands on.
For a start, prepare for a squabble over what counter you're going to play as. You can forget the old boot (quite literally, as it was discontinued earlier this year *sob*), as the Disney Classic Monopoly features Cinderella's Shoe.
If that's not enough to start a punch-up with your siblings, there's also the Lamp from Aladdin, the Circus Tent from Dumbo, Hook's Ship from Peter Pan and...wait for it...a stack of Beauty and the Beast Teacups. Oh, and there's also Snow White's Poisoned Apple, which will no doubt be awarded to the loser of the aforementioned sibling punch-up.
The board game follows the traditional Monopoly aim of accumulating a fortune while trying to avoid jail, paying taxes and bankruptcy. But rather than investing in little green and red houses, prepare to buy castles and cottages with your Disney dollar. And little perks such as teaching Bambi to ice-skate will earn you a tidy 150 Monopoly notes. Sweet.
The Disney Classic Monopoly has only just been released and is limited edition, so you need to get telling someone to buy it for you NOW.
