New pictures of Jodie Whittaker with the TARDIS have been revealed by the BBC ahead of her full episode Doctor Who debut next week – and she's not alone.

The feature Jodie in full costume alongside 12 other identically dressed Doctors - that makes a lucky 13 for the Thirteenth Doctor.

Not only that, it officially marks 13 days ahead of series 11's launch on BBC One - Jodie's first full series in the role.

The pictures were taken outside Sheffield Station, where Whovians have been preparing for tonight's (September 24) premiere and launch party of the brand new series.

Last week, we got another glimpse of her in action in the most jaw-dropping trailer yet.

There were sneak peeks at alien planets, outer space and even a look at a completely revamped sonic screwdriver.

The series premiere is entitled 'The Woman Who Fell to Earth' and is written by new showrunner Chris Chibnall and directed by Jamie Childs.

Sharon D Clarke, Johnny Dixon and Samuel Oatley will all feature in guest appearances alongside Jodie.

The Broadchurch actress has been in fine form recently and even did a splendid job of shooting down online trolls in a brutal new video.

The vast majority of fans can't wait to see her take on the iconic role next month, but unfortunately she's had to tackle sexism since accepting the role.

Successfully laughing off mean tweets in the video, she proved she really is the boss.

Doctor Who will return with 'The Woman Who Fell to Earth' on Sunday, October 7 on BBC One.
