Yahoo News DoI's James Jordan drops professional partner while training
Dancing on Ice star James Jordan had an unfortunate slip-up during training yesterday (February 22) and it's safe to say he looks absolutely gutted about it.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star was rehearsing with professional partner Alexandra Schauman when he dropped her on her head – something he has said is his biggest fear.
As you can see in the picture, she is checked over by a medic and given the all-clear, but James looks absolutely gutted that it happened at all. Let's hope it doesn't knock his confidence for the weekend.
We've had a few mishaps on the ice so far this series, from Coronation Street's Jane Danson recently fainting while on the ice to Saara Aalto accidentally hitting her head just before going live on TV.
Brian McFadden has also dropped his partner Alex Murphy during a routine, and Gemma Collins famously took a tumble too.
It's a good thing they've got plenty of bandages in the ITV first aid box.
Seven celebrities have been eliminated so far, which means there are five remaining in the competition: Brian, James, Saara, Wes Nelson and Melody Thornton.
It looks like James is the favourite to win, but could one of the other contestants pip him to the post? Jason Gardiner thinks the star's professional experience may work against him in the end.
