Gemma Collins is just months away from making her debut on Dancing On Ice and on Wednesday revealed her professional ice skating partner – Matt Evers.

Collins is one of the first plus-sized contestants to take part in the series, and has suffered merciless body shaming online since she was announced as a contestant.

Evers has vehemently slammed the critics, and on Wednesday hit back at a troll that said the show should ‘reinforce the ice’ by demanding that the Twitter user showed his face.

“Who are you to judge something like that? Any decent “MAN” wouldn’t body shame a woman. Unless your manhood is that small you’re threatened that their balls are bigger than yours. I’m sure your mothers well proud. Show your face “Paul”,” Evers wrote.

Collins introduced the world to her partner on Wednesday via her official Instagram account. The 37-year-old former The Only Way is Essex star jokes that he’s a ‘poor bloke’ in the funny Instagram video and tells him he doesn’t need to be afraid of her.

“Guys I’ve got a huge secret to let you right into…I am about to reveal to you my Dancing on Ice partner – poor bloke,” Collins reveals.

“Oh my god we had so much fun today,” he says as Collins wraps her arm around him.

“Already we’ve met today,” interrupts Collins.

“Don’t be scared honey I’m just hugging you,” she adds to a rather worried looking Evers.

“I’m not scared at all,” he replies.

Collins also teases that viewers can expect her brazen and larger-than-life personality to shine through on the ice rink.

“He absolutely gets the facts that I want to come out to Beyonce and gold and sequins and he’s totally on board.

“We really hope you enjoy watching us. It’s not been easy so far but we’ve got a few more months to the competition, do you think we’re going to get there?” she asks Evers.

“Absolutely…she really wants this!…I’m going to make you go gold girl!” he replies.

“So yeah, what could go wrong?” Collins says.

What could go wrong indeed…

Dancing On Ice is expected to debut mid January 2019.
