Drone Video Captures View Over California's Wildflower 'Super Bloom'

A winter of heavy rains in California has trigger a “super bloom” of wildflowers in California’s Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.

This drone footage from March 13 shows a wildflower “super bloom” in the park, which is located within the Colorado Desert.

Botanist Jim Dice told the Los Angeles Times that the bloom could be “the biggest in 20 years” thanks to rainfall well over the area’s yearly average. Credit: YouTube/Jeff Webber via Storyful
