Dua Lipa Shows Off Her Ultra Toned Core And Arms In A Sheer Top, And Woah

Dua Lipa is the face of Yves Saint Laurent Beauty’s Libre perfume—and she just shared a little BTS content from a shoot for the brand.

'Wrapping up the year in the sunshine with my @yslbeauty family 🤍 can’t wait for you all to see this one… #Libre,' she captioned a photo dump from the shoot. In the pics, you can see a photoshoot set-up on a stunning beach, Dua posing with delicious-looking sweets, a breathtaking shot of a mountain top, and Dua posing in a sheer black top with slim-fitting tuxedo-style pants that show off some impressive muscle tone.

There are more landscape photos and videos, but people in the comments couldn’t get over how amazing Dua looks.

'You are the most beautiful human,' one person wrote. 'You look drop dead gorgeous,' another said. 'Gorgeous one 😍😍,' chimed a fan. And, naturally, there were fire emojis for days.

OK, but how did Dua get so fit? For starters, she’s really dedicated to exercising. 'I try and work out as much as I can,' she previously told Viva. And that usually means getting her sweat on first thing in the morning.

'Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right,' the 26-year-old told Refinery29.

Dua even finds time to work out on those days when her schedule is packed. 'I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day,' she told Viva. 'If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.'

Dua also likes to cycle through yoga, Pilates, and strength training workouts, along with dance-based exercises. So...she does a lot.

Dua travels a lot for work, and she told Marie Claire UK that she uses being on the road as an opportunity to try out new exercises. 'When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing, or spinning,' she said. 'Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting.'
