Dua Lipa is gearing up for her headline set at the iconic Glastonbury Festival tonight (Friday, June 28), with whispers suggesting a former collaborator could join her on stage. The illustrious five-day arts festival which sprawls across Worthy Farm in Somerset, got under way on Wednesday and is slated to entertain festival-goers until Sunday.

An impressive lineup awaits attendees, including the celebrated singer-songwriter Dua Lipa, 28. She'll be belting out hits from the Pyramid Stage on Friday night before passing the baton to other headlining acts like Coldplay and SZA scheduled for the weekend, reports the Mirror.

Rumours of a special surprise tucked away in her performance are buzzing around. Speculation will have fans eagerly anticipating Lipa's performance - she might introduce an unexpected guest to share the limelight.

Whispers suggest that Calvin Harris, 40, who lent his talents to Lipas tracks 'One Kiss' (which bagged them a Brit Award back in 2019) and 'Potion', might just pop up during her set. The Sun reports that the renowned DJ and record producer, who is a familiar face at Glastonbury, is staying nearby in readiness for his potential appearance during the set.

An insider revealed: "It seems Calvin is going to be coming out with Dua as one of her surprise guests tonight. It is likely he will be flying in [from where he's staying] later on a helicopter before coming out to join her on stage for One Kiss. Dua has a huge amount of respect for Calvin and that track is one of her best hits."

There's also been talk that Cyndi Lauper, aged 71 and set to perform her own gig on Saturday, might join Dua Lipa for her headline act. Rumours suggest Lauper had been considered for a collaboration before.

Dua Lipa is anticipated to belt out some of her most popular tunes, including the hit 'New Rules', at the festival. Fans are also expecting to hear tracks from her recent album 'Radical Optimism', which dropped last month.
