EA Sports FC 24 has revealed its ratings for its top 24 players ahead of the game's release later this month.

The upcoming title, which will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and PC, marks Electronic Arts' first title since it lost its licence with the FIFA name.

Now EA have unveiled the ratings for the top players, with Kylian Mbappé, Alexia Putellas, Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne topping the list with a rating of 91 each.

Following with 90 are Aitana Bonmatí, Lionel Messi, Sam Kerr, Karim Benzema, Thibaut Courtois, Harry Kane, Caroline Graham Hansen and Robert Lewandowski.

Completing the list with a rating of 89 each are Mohamed Salah, Kadidiatou Diani, Mapi León, Rúben Dias, Vini Jr, Rodri, Neymar Jr, Alex Morgan, Marc-André ter Stegen, Virgil van Dijk, Alisson and Ada Hegerberg.

In other news, EA recently responded to criticism of the digital models used for the game's Ultimate Edition cover, with some comparing them to The Sims.

"The amount of licenses we have in this game and doing something like that, even to begin with, to have that many players on a cover, is no easy feat," EA executive producer John Shepherd VP told IGN. "And the amount of approvals you then need to work through is also highly complex. I don't want to dwell on that, but a big part of it is working through all of those pieces.

"The key thing is, and I think it's really important, is we're doing so much to improve player likeness. Our visuals are going to be amazing. We see the feedback. We also see tremendous positive feedback as well about that cover and what it represents, and also what it means for FC going forward."

EA Sports FC 24 releases on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on September 29.
