Yahoo News EastEnders' Mel reunites with Robbie & Beppe in new pic
EastEnders fans might be feeling a little nostalgic after seeing this picture of Mel Owen, Robbie Jackson and Beppe di Marco together for the first time in nearly two decades.
Tamzin Outhwaite has shared the fun snap of her enjoying a catch up with her old friends Dean Gaffney (Robbie) and Michael (Beppe) for a lunch date, following the news that she was reprising the role of Mel after 16 years away.
Tamzin has already started filming Mel's big comeback scenes and it seems that she's thoroughly enjoying back on her old stomping ground.
Dean is currently appearing in EastEnders having also reprised his role as Robbie earlier this year, while Michael's character Beppe hasn't been seen since 2002.
Alongside the image of the trio enjoying a reunion, Tamzin wrote: "So lovely to see these faces at work this week @thegrecs @deangaffney1 for a chinwag... such a fantastic atmosphere there. It's been too long."
But fans shouldn't get their hopes up for a Beppe return anytime soon, as Dean stated on his own Instagram picture of the meet-up that Michael had simply popped in to visit them.

That's not to rule it out altogether though as Michael has previously admitted that he would never rule out a return to the show.
"I'd never shut that door. If the offer was there, you'd have to consider it", he said to The Sunlast year.
"I've been in LA off and on for the last ten years. I don't watch much telly, so I haven't caught up with EastEnders for a long time."
The good news, however, is that we haven't got too long to wait now until we see Mel back on screen as her comeback is due to air early next year.
EastEnders continues tomorrow (November 23) at 7.30pm on BBC One.
