EastEnders' Stacey and Martin have a passionate hook-up

It seems there are fresh hopes for EastEnders' Stacey Slater and Martin Fowler to reconcile following a passionate hook-up in Monday's episode.

The couple have been on the outs for months, with Martin (James Bye) even contemplating divorcing his wife after learning that Stacey (Lacey Turner) had shared a kiss with ex Max Branning (Jake Wood) at Christmas.

Stacey is currently in shock over claims from Big Mo (Laila Morse) that Kat (Jessie Wallace) has died and that her body is en route from Ireland for burial in Walford.

Determined to give Kat the send-off she deserves, Big Mo and Stacey went round to the different merchants in Albert Square on Monday night in hopes of enlisting donations for a £10,000 funeral.

The two were shocked when Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) only offered to help with catering (rather than financial support), leaving Stacey dejected that she wouldn't be able to pull off a proper goodbye to Kat.

Passenger Bus Crashes Into Saint Petersburg River
