Guys, EastEnders definitely didn't air the wrong episode on Monday night (September 18), so maybe it's time to settle down just a bit?

The confusion came in part due to Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) being depicted out of the hospital and on his feet again, after he was diagnosed with a genetic heart condition and rushed into emergency surgery in Friday's episode.

(Kush and family, on Friday and then Monday)

In a role reversal, it was actually Kush at Carmel's (Bonnie Langford) bedside in the hospital on Monday, raising some questions among fans as to whether they'd missed an episode explaining what had happened to both Kush and Carmel. They didn't.

We'll explain: After Kush was diagnosed with Brugada syndrome, Carmel discovered she'd need surgery too because she was also a carrier of the heart condition. (FYI, Kush learned that his and Stacey Fowler's son Arthur is at risk too.)
